Lean Ground Chicken Burger with Black Beans & Peppers and Mixed Greens – Day 16

This was another “Keep it Simple and Quick” kind of night … Hope you Enjoy 🙂


This recipe will make 1 meal

(Obviously, you can double or triple ingredients if you’re making it for your family or friends)

Calories: About 400

Ingredients Needed:

  • 3 oz. Lean Ground Chicken (Formed into a seasoned chicken burger)
  • 1/4 cup black beans
  • Mixed Frozen Peppers
  • Spring Mix Salad
  • Oil & Vinegar
  • Garlic Powder
  • Onion Powder
  • Coconut Oil (I use Spectrum Organic Coconut Oil: http://www.spectrumorganics.com/?id=87)


  • Defrost Mixed Peppers
  • Place black beans in a pot and season with garlic powder and onion powder
  • Heat a pan with coconut oil and place seasoned chicken burger in the pan and cook both sides
  • Cook mixed peppers until slightly browned
  • Place mixed greens on plate and dress with Oil and Vinegar
  • Place chicken burger on plate and top with black beans and peppers.
  • Serve and Enjoy!
